As a charity registered in Guernsey, Changing Faces (Channel Islands) LBG, (“CFCI”) will treat any information that we may hold about you or any other third party confidentially in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as we are asking you to agree to this Policy when you consent to have your personal details held by CFCI. The recently introduced Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017 (“the Law”) now regulates any personal data held by us, both historic and current. What personal information do we hold and why.
CFCI will collect, hold and store information provided by you to us. This will include your name and contact details which may be provided in person, or by telephone, email, or other correspondence and may concern you, your family or others who you believe would benefit from services or advice provided by CFCI. CFCI uses this information to provide services and advice to you. This may be held in writing or electronically and allows us to comply with any statutory or reporting obligations to which we are subject. The stored information may include information of a “sensitive” or personal nature given to CFCI in confidence. We will keep this information for seven years or for as long as we may agree, as you have the right under the new law to access, correct, update, erase or instruct us to move your personal information to a third party.
Do we transfer information to others?
CFCI are committed to protecting your privacy. We may transfer your information to third parties who provide skin camouflage services in the Channel Islands on behalf of CFCI, or to the charity Changing Faces in the United Kingdom who can provide more detailed help and assistance than CFCI are able to offer in the Channel Islands. But CFCI will only pass this information to these third parties once we have your specific written consent, unless we are required to do so by regulatory or other authorities for legal or other reasons. CFCI will not use your information for any other purpose unless we have your express permission in writing.

Should you wish to exercise any of your rights, we ask that you do this in writing to the Directors of CFCI at its Registered Office, Le Hurel House, Le Vallon, St Martin, Guernsey GY4 6DQ, and CFCI undertakes to deal with your request as soon as practicable, or at the very latest within 14 days of receiving your request.
